By booking your appointment and filling out the required booking form you understand that.

All treatment will be given in good faith and with a full explanation of the treatment programme and the possible consequences. As with any practice involving the body a particular course of action may have varying degrees of success and the duration of the treatment to achieve a particular result. Please indicate if you are under medical treatment from your doctor.
To fully disclose, and continue to disclose, all information regarding your conditions and your medical history.
That any treatment does not replace conventional treatment you are currently having or any medication you are taking.
Ata Bodywork and it's practitioners will not be liable for any side effects or adverse reaction suffered by you or other consequences as the result of the treatment and you excuse them from all liability.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes it is necessary for you to change your appointment. Out of consideration for others, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or change your appointment. If insufficient notice is given a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred and no shows will be charged at full price.
